Because our products are made to order, each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed. For that reason, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for preference-based reasons, such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item.
If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of deliveryat contact@sailing-diving.com.
To help us review the issue quickly, please include:

- clear photos showing the product and the problem
Once reviewed, we will offer the most appropriate solution. Depending on the situation, this may include:
- a replacement
- a refund
- store credit
Returns
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- change of mind
- incorrect size selected by the customer
- personal preference
- orders placed by mistake
We encourage you to review product details, sizing information, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at contact@sailing-diving.com.
If tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, we will do our best to assist you.
