Our fulfillment partners usually need 2–5 business days to prepare your order before shipment.

Address Accuracy

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it once the new shipping cost has been paid.
Separate Shipments

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first.
